Prelude
Dear members of Gerakan,
The response to our Opening Letter has been encouraging. Concerned leaders and members, in and outside of Penang, have registered in our Facebook and also some of you have send us questions through the email. We welcome all members, with or without party positions, to join us in this discussion. We are inclusive and this is a genuine grassroots effort to save the party. We want to provide a voice for everyone in providing inputs or feedbacks as we believed in uniting members and leaders who wanted to create a forward looking difference for the party.
Although this group originates in Penang, the issues discussed are nation-wide in nature. We acknowledge that it is vital for Gerakan as a Party to “MOVE ON, MOVE NOW” and to find a way out, not doing so will lead to the eventual demise of the party. We know for certain that we cannot do this alone. We are only taking the initiative to gather like-minded members in Gerakan to come forward and work together for a solution. Without your support this initiative will fail.
The future is in our hands and hopefully, all of you will join us in the journey to bring Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia back to its glory days for the people of Malaysia.
